The Advantages of Ceramics for Agricultural Spraying
A large percentage of farmers are using GPS guidance systems on their tractors, sprayers and combines. These systems can place seeds, herbicides, insecticides and fertilizer accurately to within fractions of an inch. And yet expensive sprayers are still being equipped with spray nozzles that only last from 200 to 500 acres before they should be replaced with new nozzles.

Why not look at spray nozzle capabilities in the same way, only without anywhere near the investment? Simply put, if you can spray 100 acres with stainless steel, then you should be able to spray 500 acres with HD plastic and you should be able to spray 1,600 acres or more with ceramic! Just the down time to change the spray nozzles makes MagnoJet ceramic nozzles a great bargain.
Ceramic Spray Nozzles Can Save Chemicals
Chemical costs have gone through the roof, so you must do a good job of applying your chemicals. Spraying expensive farm fungicides and insecticides with inferior spray nozzles, makes no business sense and will produce poor results and poor results can be devastating to your yields. You are using the best chemicals and yet not utilizing the best spray nozzles for the job.

All MagnoJet Ceramic Nozzles are Pre-Orificed
Pre-orificed nozzles are better because this reduces the pressure inside the nozzle which produces larger droplets that can reduce drift by 50 percent. It also reduces the wear on the spray nozzle tip.

Better Spray Patterns
As spray nozzles wear their spray patterns and droplet sizes change and diminish the effectiveness of the spray. High quality MagnoJet ceramic spray nozzles can last 5 to 15 longer than plastic or stainless nozzles.

Save Time Not Changing Nozzles as Often
Experts say that you should change your nozzles after a 10% increase in the flow rate at the same pressure. With ceramic spray nozzles you won’t need to change as often, which will add to the productivity of you and your expensive equipment. Time is money and farmers are constantly seeking ways to do more in less time. Just like having a large spray tank on your sprayer, having long lasting spray nozzles is simply a time and expense saver.

Easy Cleaning
MagnoJet’s exclusive system allows removal of the internal chamber for an easy cleaning.

Ceramic Air Induction Nozzles
Many researchers say that air induction nozzles will greatly increase the effectiveness of certain farm chemicals. Using ceramic in the air induction nozzles is even more important than with the other standard type nozzles. The expense of purchasing air induction nozzles is much higher so using ceramic nozzles will make them last a lot longer and, in effect, reduce the overall expense of using them. Thus you can increase your chemical performance with air induction but still hold down the long term costs.
