PRECISION METER, JD 7200, 1700, 12F, SUNFLOWER

Precision Finger Pick-Up Meter for sunflowers, fits John Deere planter models 7200, 7300, 1700 series. This is a special meter used to plant #3 and #4 size sunflower seeds. It uses the "C" insert and the sunflower finger set with the brushless blank. The blank is just a filler block with no brush or bristles. For #1 and #2 size sunflower seeds, use the standard corn finger because they are too large for the sunflower finger. In this case, order the standard corn meter and replace the A insert with the C insert and the adjustable brush with the brushless blank.
